Beverage Catering & Vintage Mobile Bar Rental
This little cutie is a 1993 vintage Piaggio Ape (ah-pay), which means "bee" in Italian. Bella traveled all the way from Europe to her new home in sunny Thousand Oaks. She's had some rest and a make-over so she is ready to get social at your next event!!
Little Bella is a busy bee, so you better book soon because her wait list gets very full!
Meet Bella our Vintage Mobile Bar!
She comes fully equipped with 4 taps ready to serve keg beer, wine, root beer, kombucha, juice and cold brew coffee. We can also set her for traditional bar service.
In addition, we can keg almost anything for you! Bella has a sweet tooth and can do good old fashioned root beer floats, or how about a grown up beer float?
She's the perfect addition for your wedding, birthday party, corporate event, movie set and more!

Please consider this in your planning...
She does require some space to make an entrance...she is about 5.5' wide and 10' long and needs a flat firm surface. She also needs a standard power outlet to run the taps or you can rent her portable generator.
Lastly, we no longer offer food service. Please keep that in mind before you send in an inquiry.
What comes with the rental?
The basic package includes use of 2 of the 4 taps; up to 3 hours of service & the following:
- Bella The Mobile Bar Rental
- beverage consultation & sourcing
- co2 for 2 kegs
Taps or additional service hours may be added at our current rate & is based on availability.
How much does a keg serve?
Still & sparkling wine come in 19-20 LTR kegs (about 110 servings)
Beer comes in 5 gallon kegs (about 50-55 servings) or even larger.
Cocktails or N/A beverages can be served in 1-5 gallon kegs.(each gallon is about 20 servings)
How much do traditional kegs cost?
They vary based on producer & type. Beer can start around $125. Wine will range based on the varietal & quality you select. A keg of wine is about 26 bottles of wine (or just over 2 cases) and can start around $200 for entry level or "house" type of wine. We can also put your favorite wine in Keg for you.
What else should I know?
We are CA state certified (ASC), licensed & insured to serve booze, but do not sell it to you. With our active 30 years in the alcohol business, we have local vendors that will sell the kegs to you at a very competitive price. We can pick kegs up and return them after the event so you don't have to hassle with them...before and after your event.
We also can add an auxiliary bar & bartenders for traditional cocktail service. Plus florals, balloons or other décor to dress her up! Lastly due to continual changes in vendor and supply chain flow, prices are subject to change at any time during the quote process.
